What motives you to work?

 

We all have our principles in life in general, with our friendships, love relationships and our work.

In my case, I like to work to help others. It is important to me to be useful to people who cannot do certain things. Being available for situations in which I can help is something that is completely linked to my principles when working. I think that in life you have to be open to anything, it is the purpose that we all have in life. Helping without receiving anything in return, just to see how you make another person's life easier, is something that fills anyone's heart.

The same thing happens when you work as a team to carry out activities that require a lot of help. It becomes easier since it is not only you who contributes and gives your opinion, it is important in certain situations to have more than one opinion and that there are several people thinking of solutions to any problem that arises. Things like these are extremely necessary when it comes to doing something good and doing something that is right.

This way you get more knowledge and teachings, something that is important. I think that if you don't have a moral for everything you do, you're simply not doing anything. So, for me it is essential to do things and get some teaching about it, that way I learn more about life and about what I do.

In any company, what is sought is to be efficient, to have qualities that show that you are good for the job that you are asked for. My point in this aspect is to be good enough at my job to seek success, to show that I am good for whatever I do and whatever is proposed to me, it is important to have good and above all correct ambitions, like this: be efficient and good for your work.

Being "praised by other people" is something that seems unnecessary to me, because I don't look for such a thing when I do things. Maybe to be recognized for one thing or another, but I feel like it's completely extreme to be praised just for doing something. In the world there are many people who are praised for what they do, whether for something good or something bad. Everyone has their own way of thinking and acting, there are those who are fine being praised, but I don't see the need to be praised just for doing things well and for the benefit of others, I think it's something we should all do: seek to do the right.

Money is important and necessary for many things, yes, but doing things just to get it, without even caring if you're right or not, is completely selfish.
