Women in the work place

Even in the 21st century there are still cases of inequality in the workplace.

In many jobs, men are still preferred over women, because women are seen as someone who cannot carry certain responsibilities or lead certain situations. For many people it is preferable that a man be in control of things because "they have a better performance." However, women in the workplace demonstrate the opposite of what many people believe and in fact, when a woman is in charge, even better results are seen than expected.

In conclusion, there is no taking away the value of work from either of the two genders, each person in the world has its capabilities, and it is thanks to this that the world works.
