What does the cartoon tell you about the structure of this organization?

In the cartoon basically I am the head of the organization. What it shows is that I have power over others in the company, I am the boss.

Would you prefer to work in a position where there is not much variety, but you can be a specialist in your work, or work in a place where you can work in a loft of different projects?

I would choose the first option. Being a specialist in what I like would be something fantastic, it's something he always wanted, so I wouldn't care much about variety if I'm doing what I've liked for many years.

Would you rather work for one manager or have different managers who are responsible for different parts of your job?

I think working for a single manager would work for me. Having to split up for many tasks would only get me exhausted fast and I would feel a lot of pressure having to fit in with more than one person.

How can you know if a person is organized in his work or in his studies?

It seems to me that this can be known by looking at his personality and how he is in his field of work or study, it is not so difficult to realize this if the situations are analyzed well.

How can companies help employees organize their world?

I would think that having responsible and organized managers would make their employees just as organized, and even better than expected. It is important to have confidence in those who work for someone, since everyone has their skills, otherwise no company would work.
